How much bath salt should I use?
It depends on the type of salt!
For Bokek®, use ½ to 1 cup.
For Relief Rx®, use the following amount to determine the amount of bath salt needed for your desired result:
● ¼ cup (75mg CBD) - Mild Relaxation
● ½ cup (125mg CBD) - Therapeutic
● 1 cup (250mg CBD) - Deeply Restorative
*These ratios are intended for an average-size bathtub filled with warm water.
How long should I soak for?
Once you let the bath salt dissolve into a tub full of warm, running water, soak for at least 20 minutes for maximum results.
Can I mix bath salts?
Technically you can, but each of our bath salt scents and brands have been perfected with the ideal combination of all-natural salt and organic essential oils to provide maximum therapeutic benefits, so why mess with a perfect formula?
Can I use bath salts while pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are taking medication, please consult a physician before using Saltology® bath salts.
Where are Saltology bath salts made?
Our ingredients are sourced from trusted suppliers around the world and then perfected at our state-of-the-art facility in Woodinville, Washington, USA.
Are Saltology bath salts vegan?
Yes. All of our bath salts are vegan friendly, with only plant and mineral-based ingredients.
Are your ingredients all-natural and organic?
Yes. We only use USDA-certified organic CBD and essential oils. While salt cannot be considered organic (it’s a mineral), it is all-natural and does not use any preservatives.
Are Saltology bath salts cruelty-free?
Yes. All of our bath salts are cruelty-free. Animals are never used in the testing or production of our products.
Where do you ship your products to?
We ship to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. For shipping to Canada or other international shipping, please contact us. Because of laws around CBD, Relief Rx® bath salts only ship in the United States but cannot be shipped to IA, ID, KS, LA, MO, MS, NE, SD or UT.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are packed and shipped from our facility in Woodinville, WA, within two business days. As determined by UPS Ground service, the standard transit time is 2-8 business days for delivery once the order sips. Transit times vary based on the shipping method carrier, the final destination and other factors outside of our control.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Time is of the essence! Please contact us as soon as possible at (800) 353-7258 for assistance. However, once your order has been shipped, you cannot make changes to or cancel your order.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an unopened product for some reason, please contact a customer service representative at (800) 353-7258 within 30 days of receiving your order. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for a return.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be included in the shipment confirmation email we send to you when your order has been shipped. If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation email, you may check your order status and access tracking information by signing into your online account. Please call us at (800) 353-7258 if you need help locating tracking information.
Why doesn’t my promo code work?
If your promotional code is for a specific product, ensure that the product is added to your cart before entering your promotional code. Only one discount or reward code may be used at any given time. Promotions cannot be combined and are limited to one use per customer. Some exclusions may apply.
